The strategy of the Arab Bureau of Education for the Gulf States concerned with the Arabic language (2015: 2020 AD), and devoted a strategic goal among its goals that seeks to (contribute to the development of Arabic language education and learning), where the educational center of the Arabic language is implemented by virtue of its competence in order to achieve its goals, and this goal emphasized on That (the development of educational outcomes is closely related to achieving the linguistic skills of the mother tongue of students, and the ability to renew and innovate depends on the student’s fluency in his mother tongue reading, writing and speaking.
