This study comes from the importance of the educational evaluation in decision-making in the field of education in general, and in the field of teaching the Arabic language in particular. It aims to set reference rules for the methods of evaluating students in the Arabic language, in the hope that these rules will contribute to developing existing practices in teaching the Arabic language and making sound decisions in this aspect, through diagnosing the reality of evaluation methods in the Arabic language in the member states of the Arab Bureau of Education for countries Gulf
